A -Star Nepal Basketball League 2026 reaches Semi-Final Stage

London – The fifth edition of the A-Star Nepal Basketball League 2026 has reached its semi-final stage following an exciting round of quarter-final matches held on 14 June at Springwest Academy, Feltham.

Organised by Nepal Basketball League UK in collaboration with the Women Ballers Club, the league features 11 men’s teams and 2 women’s teams competing for top honours.

Eight teams contested the quarter-finals, with the following results:

Sandhurst Knicks (104) defeated Northolt Flammers (52)

Greenford Knights (85) defeated Greenford Rovers (73)

Ballers Slammers (96) defeated DBS (91)

Hampshire Hoopers (91) defeated Colchester Elite (58)

The four victorious teams have secured places in the semi-finals, which will be held on Sunday, 21st June, at Springwest Academy, Feltham. The fixtures are:

Sandhurst Knicks vs Hampshire Hoopers – Tip-off at 12:00 PM

Greenford Knights vs Ballers Slammers – Tip-off at 2:00 PM

According to League Coordinator Sarthak Gurung, the semi-finals are expected to showcase some of the highest-quality basketball of the tournament as teams battle for a place in the championship game.

The grand finals of the league will take place on 4 July 2026 at the Brunel University Sports Centre, London, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The A Star Nepal Basketball League 2026, which kicked off on 15 March 2026, continues to captivate basketball fans across the United Kingdom. It is regarded as one of the largest basketball tournaments outside Nepal, bringing together talented young players of Nepali origin from across the UK.
