‘Mero Euta Saathi Chha’ Concert Lights Up Pokhara on Valentine’s Day

Pokhara – On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the live concert ‘Mero Euta Saathi Chha’ was held in Pokhara, drawing a large and enthusiastic crowd. The event took place on 14 February at Levels Club in Lakeside, featuring popular singer Sugam Pokharel and his famous song ‘Mero Euta Saathi Chha’ as the theme, keeping the audience enthralled throughout the night.

Enthusiastic Start and Energetic Musical Atmosphere

The concert opened with a performance by singer Nirmal Dahal, immediately capturing the audience’s attention. Following this, well-known singer Kamal Khatri took to the stage, further energising the atmosphere.

Anish Sapkota (Okely), a popular singer from the 1990s, returned to the Pokhara stage after 27 years, taking the audience on a nostalgic journey. His renditions of ‘Meri Okele and ‘Gulabi Jadole’ filled the hall with applause and excitement.

Sugam’s Outstanding Musical Performance

The main highlight was Sugam Pokharel, who began his performance with the song ‘Mero Euta Saathi Chha’. The concert quickly reached its peak, with long-awaiting fans rushing onto the floor, creating a lively and joyous environment.

Sugam performed his evergreen hits including ‘Mero Sansar Timi Nai Hau’, ‘Pheri Tyo Din’, ‘Samjhana Ma’, ‘Jhille Le’, ‘Runn Bhanthe’, ‘Kati Din Bite’, ‘Euta Manche’, ‘Maya Ko Bato’, ‘School Paathshala’, ‘Saathi’, ‘Samhalinchha Kahile Man’, ‘Jadai Chhu Taadha’, and ‘Ma Yesto Geet Gaunchu’, entertaining the audience throughout the night.


Remarkable Audience Participation


The concert, jointly organised by Main Media, was attended by around 700 spectators. The overwhelming response in the first show left the organisers highly encouraged.

Upcoming Shows and Objectives

According to Main Media CEO Sundar Basyal, the ‘Mero Euta Saathi Chha’ concert will next be held in Butwal, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Beni, and other cities across Nepal. Additionally, plans are underway to take the performance to Nepali communities abroad.

Official host and media professional Sanjok Basyal stated that the success of the concert has further heightened enthusiasm, and the upcoming shows aim to connect audiences of all age groups, both in Nepal and abroad, through the power of music.
