A Star Nepal Basketball League Quarter Finals to kick off on 14th June

London – The quarter final games of the fifth A Star Nepal Basketball League 2026 are to kick off on Sunday, 14th June, the organisers said.

A total of 11 men’s teams and 2 women’s teams are competing in the League being hosted by Nepal Basketball League UK in collaboration with Women Ballers Club.

On Sunday, 14th June, a total of 8 teams are competing in the Quarters finals at Springwest Academy, Felthambetween 12 pm to 8 pm, said Sarthak Gurung, coordinator of the Games.

Similarly, four teams will be competing at the semifinals of the same venue. Final games will take place on Sunday, 4th July at the Brunel University Sports Center, London, between 10 am to 6 pm.

In League Standings, Sandhurst Knicks is int eh top position by scoring 19 points, while Greenford Knights, DBS, and Hampshire Hoopers are in the 2nd position by scoring 18 points each. Besides them Colchester Elit, Ballers Slammers, Greenford Rovers and Northolt Flamers will be playing in the Quarter Finals.

Ayush Singh became top scorer by securing 29.4 points per game (PPG) by playing 10 games (GP). Calvin Chi (Int) became the second highest scorer by securing 27.0 PPG in 5 GP. Similarly, Sudan Gurung became the 3rd highest scorer by securing 26.8 PPG by playing 6 games.

During the League, Ali Adnan (Int) became the 3-point leader by securing 9 GP and 43 3PM. Prashan Rai became 2nd while Lomus Gurung stood third.

The fifth A Star Nepal Basketball League 2026 kicked off on 15 March 2026 and continue to enthral audience in Aldershot and London. It has now reached halfway through the league.
