Sanyukta Shrestha shortlisted for London Wedding Awards 2026

LONDON, UK — 7th May 2026 — Sanyukta Shrestha, the leading Nepalese-born British designer recognised by the media as the “dawn of the sustainable bridal movement,” has been named a finalist for Wedding Boutique of the Year at the London Wedding Awards 2026.
Shortlisted through a combination of public vote and industry expertise, this recognition celebrates Shrestha’s flagship boutique as a world-class destination for innovation and social responsibility. Since 2011, Shrestha has pioneered sustainable luxury launching her eco-friendly brand at a time when “sustainability” was an unknown concept to the mass market. Today, she is the first designer of her origin to have a design documented and preserved in the historic Fashion Museum collection, alongside over 100,000 objects dating back to the 16th century.
A winner of the PETA Luxury Vegan Wedding Award, Shrestha has spent over a decade redefining the bridal market. Her “Beauty with a Conscience” mission has attracted a global cult following of brides who travel from around the world to her London sanctuary for bespoke couture services that prioritise ethical workforce standards and environmental protection.
